We are a team specialized in managing apartments for Local Accommodation in the area of Porto.

We have our own apartment (local accommodation) and we manage other properties following an economic model that maximizes the profitability of the different properties.

Our goal is to give not only the owner but also the guests the possibility to relax while we manage their property and create the conditions for the comfort of those who visit us.

We offer you a tailor-made solution that can range from just checking in / out to full management of your property. Sara, responsible for this project, is the host and can welcome the guests in five different languages, always in a dedicated and warmful way (as it is common in the North of Portugal).

With the knowledge in Tourism that we have, we help the guests, in a warmful way, to get to know the city of Porto and its surroundings.
