We have a cot for your beloved baby (until 3 years) for 7€/night. We offer the sheets and a high chair.

We expect you like our property and treat it as it was your home, with love!
Pets are not allowed, as well as smoking inside the house. Please use the terraces for that.
Check-in from 3 pm and check-out until 11 am. These schedules can be adjusted at your convenience, but please bear in mind that there is no 24 hours reception: it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time.
As we expect you want to relax, we thank you to be silent between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Porto Tourist tax:
From 1st March 2018 anyone older than 13 years, staying a night in Porto, pays the tax per night, per person.
The tax rate is 2€ per overnight stay and per person, up to a maximum total value of 14€ (Seven straight nights per overnight stay/person).
This tax is added to the bill and paid to the management of the accommodation for overnight stay.
More information will be provided at check-in. 

This apartment is situated in a very calm area and despite the relaxing atmosphere inside the apartment you are very close to the modern city centre, as well as the old historical town.
It's located in the modern area of Boavista. At a walking distance you can reach the famous Casa da Música (by Rem Koolhaas), a nice shopping area, the gourmet area of Mercado do Bom Sucesso or take the metro downtown.
From here you can easily reach:
* supermarket at 5 min. walking distance
* metro station (Casa da Música) at 700 meters/9min. walking distance
* sea/beach at 5 km away from here (ideal for swimming, lying on the sun, esplanades, surfing, walking, ...)
* big shopping center (with famous and good brands) at 10 min. Distance
* Porto airport at 12 km away (you have direct connection with the metro from there to our apartment or we can provide you a direct transfer)
If you come by car, you easily reach the apartment as we are close to the main highway's accesses (A1, A28, A29, A4, A3, etc). 

You can park your car outside, but to be safer we recommend you to use our parking space. There is no extra cost for this, as this is included in the price per night.
Transfer to or from the airport (one way) is also possible on request for 30€ (at any time). Special offer: transfer to AND from the airport: 50€.
