Towels and sheets will be changed every 7 nights. It's possible to have extra changes (with extra payment).

We have a cot for your beloved baby (until 3 years) for 7€/night. We offer the sheets, bath towel and a high chair.

We expect you like our property and treat it as it was your home, with love!
Pets are not allowed, as well as smoking inside the house.
Check-in from 3 pm and check-out until 11 am. These schedules can be adjusted at your convenience, but please bear in mind that there is no 24 hours reception: it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time.
As we expect you want to relax, we thank you to be silent between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Porto Tourist tax:
From 1st March 2018 anyone older than 13 years, staying a night in Porto, pays the tax per night, per person.
The tax rate is 2€ per overnight stay and per person, up to a maximum total value of 14€ (Seven straight nights per overnight stay/person).
This tax is added to the bill and paid to the management of the accommodation for overnight stay.
More information will be provided at check-in. 

This apartment is situated in Boavista area – the new city center of Porto, close to many attractions.
From here you can easily reach:
* supermarket in our building and a bigger one 500 meters away
* good restaurants and bakeries around the building
* metro station (Lapa) 200 meters away
* city bus stop and touristic bus stop around the house (to city center, beach/river, other destinations)
* river Douro (Ribeira area) and D. Luis bridge at 2,2km away (25 min. walking distance)
* beach/sea at 6,5 km away from here (ideal for swimming, lying on the sun, esplanades, surfing, walking, …)
* Clérigos tower at 1,7 km (20 min.)
* Casa da Música and Boavista are at 1 km away
* big shopping center (with famous and good brands) at 10 min. distance and traditional commerce at 450 meters
* Porto airport at 14 km away (you have direct connection with the metro from there to our apartment or we can provide you a direct transfer)
If you come by car, you also easily reach our apartment. Ask us for more details. 

Direct metro from the airport to “Lapa” station. From here to our apartment it's a short walk of 200 meters (3 min. walking distance).
Transfer to or from the airport (one way) is also possible on request for 30€ (at any time). Special offer: transfer to AND from the airport: 50€.
